Check-in/Check-out Time Check-In Time : 1:00 PM Check-Out Time : 10:00 AM The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation note need to be followed. We'd be glad to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 12 pm, provided there's no booking at the villa for the previous night. In case you wish to avail an early check-in, please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in date (earliest possible check-in is 9:00 am). Charges are applicable - The rate is 20% of the tariff for that date. We'd be glad to offer a complimentary late check-out by 11:00 am, provided there's no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your checkout date as we accept instant online and last-minute bookings. In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 3 pm, and 40% upto 6 pm. Full night charges apply thereafter. [This would be Subject to Availability] It is at the discretion of Souzagad to offer an early check-in or a late check-out.

House Rules

Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay without prior notice. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children below 12 years in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Pool timings are from 7 am - 7 pm. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. If you would like tea/coffee the tea bags and coffee sachets are provided in the pantry area with a kettle, free of charge. Included Amenities: TV, Private Pool, Wi-Fi.
