Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded. Illegal activities and narcotics are prohibited in the premises by law. We value the natural surroundings and aim to create an environmentally friendly atmosphere. Please respect nature by not littering, conserving water and electricity, and following any specific guidelines provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and is permitted only outdoors in areas like the balcony, lawn etc. for your safety and for others. All guests entering the pool must be in proper swimwear. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Any breakage or damage of items or property will be charged as per actuals. Please observe quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM. This means refraining from excessive noise that may disturb other guests. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. Swimming in the river is at the own risk of the guest and any accident or loss of life, related to this will not be the responsibility of the house owner or Souzagad Homestays.
