Check-in/Check-out Time Check-In Time : 1:00 PM Check-Out Time : 10:00 AM The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation note need to be followed. We'd be glad to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 12 pm, provided there's no booking at the villa for the previous night. In case you wish to avail an early check-in, please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in date (earliest possible check-in is 9:00 am). Charges are applicable - The rate is 20% of the tariff for that date. We'd be glad to offer a complimentary late check-out by 11:00 am, provided there's no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your checkout date as we accept instant online and last-minute bookings. In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 3 pm, and 40% upto 6 pm. Full night charges apply thereafter. [This would be Subject to Availability] It is at the discretion of Souzagad to offer an early check-in or a late check-out.
House Rules
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay without prior notice. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children below 12 years in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Pool timings are from 7 am - 7 pm. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Tea/Coffee will be served with breakfast. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge, though tea bags and coffee sachets are provided in the rooms with a kettle, free of charge. Included Amenities: Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast, Kayaking, Pool Table, Carrom, Private Pool, Badminton, WiFi, Alfresco Dining. Excluded Amenities: Barbeque Grill, Barbeque Food Items, Snacks, Beverages.

The local food is very well prepared, I was particularly thankful that the cook made it less spicy, just as we requested. The best part is the beauty of nature, the rare birds, the protective house dogs and the attentive staff.

We stayed at the Mango Shack, which is a room under the canopy of Mango trees.It is a lovely place if you wish to get away from the city and experience a quiet, slow and calm farm life. It is next to a river and has many sweet human friendly doggos who also act like tour guides. Had a fun time at Souzagad.
