To Our Valued Guests,

In the current state of uncertainty concerning travel, we want to take the time to write to you on behalf of everyone at Souzagad to reassure you that our guests and team members' wellbeing and safety is our utmost priority, now and always.

As the situation around the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve,

we are constantly monitoring the updates from the World Health Organization and Government agencies.

 

SAFEGUARDING GUESTS

In light of the current situation, we have implemented the following additional precautionary hygiene measures across our farm stay based on Ministry of Health & Family Welfare's advisory and guidelines for prevention and transmission.

This includes sensitising our associates to the protocol prescribed by the Government authorities, sanitization of all areas to the very last detail,

body temperature checks for everyone visiting our premises using non-invasive laser thermometers, hygienic preparation and packaging of food, and regular checkups for our staff (Our staff have been tested to ensure complete safety against infection).

Our greatest priority is that our guests and team members feel safe and secure at our property.

PROTOCOL FOR GUESTS

PRE CHECK IN

​

  1. Check in procedure to be handled without any physical contact or exchange.

  2. Guests have to submit their information and documents on mail before arriving. These include 1) Recent Travel History 2) Health Fitness Medical Certificate.

  3. It is mandatory for all the guests to download the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones at the time of arrival at Souzagad.

  4. Along with documents, the mail needs to have a written confirmation that the guests will follow the safety protocol.

AT SOUZAGAD

  1. Guests will be required to carry their own face masks, gloves and sanitisers.

  2. Guests are requested to carry their own medical kit in case of emergency.

  3. No last minute requests, changes, cakes, surprises will be approved or carried out at this time.

  4. Temperature checks will be done on arrival for guests.

  5. Guests should wear masks at all times on the property. This is mandatory.

  6. Guests will be required to maintain social distance from the Souzagad team and the other guests at all times.

POST CHECK OUT

  1. Guests are requested to check all their valuables and personal belongings before checking out. If any item is left behind it will be destroyed for safety reasons. Souzagad is not responsible for any lost items.

​

Guests would have to comply with all Travel Rules & Regulations imposed by the Government from time to time.

Souzagad takes no responsibility or liability with regards to this aspect.
